Birthday Girl Look!

Hello there, everyone. I’m aware that I’ve been invisible for quite some time. In the last few days, a lot has happened. I was preoccupied with campus recruitment and my end-semester exams. There are only a few months until I graduate so I hope you get the pressure of the research projects and assignments. 

Before I show you my outfits, I’d like to tell you why this birthday was so special to me. I’ve never had the opportunity to celebrate my birthday at school or at college since I was a child. My birthday was always on a holiday.  But, for the first time, I was able to attend college on my birthday.

What I wore to college on my Birthday?

As you may be aware, Indian colleges place limitations on dress length and sleeves, and plenty of other things. Even birthday’s are no exception for these restrictions. As a result, I chose to wear a long dress. When I first considered wearing a long dress, to my gloom, all of the shopping sites and stores decided to show off their creativity with short dresses. You know the vibe when you always get the contrary to what you are searching.
I searched all online and offline stores from Forum Mall to church street and came up with nothing. And, ordered a dress from Berry lush, Myntra with a lot of hesitation.
I received it one day before my birthday, and it is without a doubt one of the prettiest dresses I have ever purchased.
Everyone in my class, as well as my friends and family, adored the dress’s feel.

I browsed through all shopping sites and offline stores for my Birthday outfits from Forum Mall to Church street, I found nothing. With lot of hesitation, I ordered a dress from Myntra.

I received just one day before my birthday and I must say it is one of the best dresses I have ever ordered.

Everyone in my class, as well as my friends and family, adored the dress’s elegance. Many people have also urged that I provide them the dress’s website.
So there you have it. A lovely long flowery dress with square neck and balloon sleeves. The slit further enhanced the overall look of the outfit. The dress’s only flaw was that it was too long, and even after alterations, it was still too long for my frame. So, if you’re thinking about buying this dress, you might want to go down a size.

Do you agree accessories are an essential facet of any outfit? Well, I suppose a lot of people agreed with that on my birthday. My overall look of the outfit was spiced up with the accessorizing, I must add. It gave me a sleek and classy look for which I received a lot of compliments.

Evening Birthday Outfit

Everyone wants to wear something special and attractive on their birthday. I was hoping to wear something with voluminous sleeves and a unique silhouette.

And I was relieved to discover what I had wished for. My evening dress was a little black dress with tulip silhouette and volume sleeves. With this, I added my fifth dress to my collection of LBD’s.    The dress’s silhouette was wonderful; it gave the outfit a sophisticated and distinct look. I liked how the sleeves had just the right amount of fullness, neither too much nor too little.

You know how much I adore gold jewelry, so I went for the same styling here with a gold necklace, earrings, and ear cuffs. The cherry on top was my Michael Kors runway watch. I got it as a gift from my dad last month.

We went to Stories Bar and Kitchen. And, the food was amazing specially their loaded fries and nachos were so yum. The vibe of the place was a little disappointment from what I have expected it to be. But overall it was a memorable birthday.
