I’m here today, giving you a detailed review of ‘Manish Malhotra’s liquid matte lipstick, that I bought in May 2020.
Manish Malhotra’s liquid matte lipstick comes in 12 shades and costs – 995 INR.

What are its texture and pigmentation?
It is highly pigmented with its tattoo effect. And it doesn’t make your lips feel dry and patchy. It does keep the lips moisturized, and its soft texture makes the lips feel natural.
Is it similar to the pic in the try-on feature?
You are provided with a try-on feature on the MYGLAMM app. Every shade looks different on every person because of our color- complexion, and face shape.
But, this feature helps us to decide the color that shows almost similar to the actual color shade. I feel there is a slight change in the shade, maybe because I didn’t apply it dark and the light exposure to the pic may also be a reason. I’m not disappointed with the color though.
Is the lipstick long-lasting?
While purchasing this, I came across reviews of the lipstick not being long-lasting, but after using it, I don’t feel it is not long-lasting. I kept on the lipstick for a long time for nearly 8-9 hours, and it did not fade in its color during the whole time.
Is it water-proof and transferable?
I would say this is the best part of Manish Malhotra’s liquid matte lipstick collection, I kept the lipstick on for such a long time, I ate, I drank, I played around but it didn’t fade away nor did it stain my tissues. I can say, it doesn’t make you feel like you have applied lipstick.
What does the tattoo effect mean?
The tattoo effect helps in enhancing the lip’s look by making it seem fuller and defining the lip lines and creating volume. This lipstick gives a velvet long-lasting matte finish making the lips natural and soft.
