A Joyous Ganesh puja to everyone. Isn’t it been ages since we last stepped out of our homes for a festival?
Indeed for me today, was the first time I visited a temple since covid has hit us all. And, would I leave a slight chance of dressing up? The answer is a big ‘No.’
I got this pretty floral dress from my sister’s wardrobe. I wondered from where she brought this. And then I came to know that this is created from scratch using my Mom’s saree.
I don’t know why I’m always absent when such things happen.
This slit dress is all that you need if you are searching for something elegant yet comfortable.
How I styled my Floral Slit dress?
I am not fond of heavy designs and often search for easy-breezy but attractive dresses.
Floral prints are the jolliest prints you can add to your outfit. I wore my slit floral dress with light blue jeans. Well, finding the appropriate matching to this dress was a frenetic task for me.
I tried with three different colors of palazzos, two shararas, and two kinds of denim jeans. And, finally landed up with these light blue jeans.
I feel a pair of pink or reddish colors matching with the flowers on the dress would also go well with it.
Accessorizing was a quick jump. I got these beautiful three-layered butterfly earrings that had almost all the colors matching with the dress. And, for footwear, my ultimate pinkish jutti were my savior. I further added a pink bangle to keep my wrist occupied.
If you are searching for something chic and playful, investing in floral prints is a safe option. You can style florals with ease and they can be worn to a wide range of occasions.
I am content with my today’s outfit as I could carry it gracefully with minimal effort.
